Working Together

Given the stress we carry each day, I believe one of our most powerful tools is learning how to support and strengthen our minds. Therapy can help us develop the skills to respond thoughtfully to daily responsibilities and unexpected challenges. Together, we can find anchors that help you understand your internal experience and navigate life with greater calm and confidence.

For nearly two decades, my work in human services, community outreach and mental health has centered on building relationships and supporting people in their communities. As a School Adjustment Counselor at a therapeutic high school, I helped students and families navigate mental health challenges and access learning. At SEEM Collaborative, I developed the curriculum and implemented a group therapy program. These experiences shape my work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered and responsive to your changing needs. I value understanding each person’s experiences, relationships and patterns of development. We will work collaboratively, combining reflection with practical skills that support your emotional well-being, relationships and everyday life.
