Comprehensive therapy, support, and educational services on the path from pain to power.

Our clinical interventions and psychotherapy guide clients to build on their strengths and shape the direction of their own healing and empowerment.

Our Team

Therapy is relational. Who you work with matters.

The therapists at The Center for Resilience bring different identities, lived experiences, clinical backgrounds, areas of expertise and ways of working to the relationships they build with clients.

We don’t expect every therapist at CFR to practice in the same way. We value the individuality our clinicians bring to their work and believe that meaningful therapy is shaped not only by training and clinical approach, but by the relationship that develops between therapist and client.

As you explore our team, we invite you to notice who you feel drawn to. You may connect with someone’s identity, lived experience, areas of focus, clinical approach or simply something about the way they describe themselves and their work.

If there is a therapist you would particularly like to meet, you can include their name in the “Additional Information” section of the Become a Client or Ser Cliente form. While we cannot guarantee a particular therapist’s availability, we will take your preference into consideration as we help you explore potential matches.

The CFR team gathered together.
